FLOAT TYPE LIQUID LEVEL CONTROLS
(Float level switch)
A vertical float level switch includes a float with a built-in permanent magnet and a conduit with one or more reed switches.
When the float rises or falls in the liquid, it will cause the reed switch to open or close, thus opening or closing the contact function.
On-off contacts provide on-demand level control applications.

HORIZONTAL MAGNETIC LEVEL SWITCH
(Side-mounted float switch)
The side-mounted float switch works based on the principle of liquid buoyancy and swings as the liquid height changes.
When the liquid level reaches the float, the micro switch or reed switch inside the junction box will immediately sense it and send a signal.
This signal can be used for high and low liquid level alarms or liquid level control, enhancing the system's safety and automation level.

(Submersible level gauge)
The LPT-01 submersible level gauge is made of 316L stainless steel, has a robust structure, and features a vent in the cable for easy underwater measurement.
It offers a variety of output signal options, providing millivolt (mV), 4-20mA, and RS-485 signal outputs with an accuracy of 0.25% fso and extremely low temperature influence, less than 0.02% fso per degree Celsius.
It has a wide temperature compensation range of 0 to 70℃, good long-term measurement stability, and a stability of better than 0.5% fso within one year.

Installed on top of the tank. The guide rod type liquid level switch consists of a junction box, float, guide rod, reed switch and float, providing one or more control points. The number of contacts, contact position and action mode can all be customized.

Continuous liquid level indication requires no external power supply, and the liquid level indication is proportional to the height, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
Corrosion-resistant materials are suitable for a wide range of applications, offering various process connections and material options, and can be equipped with level transmitters and magnetic switches. Explosion-proof versions are also available.
Production can be carried out according to the specific process and system. Operating limitations include an operating temperature range of -196 to +450°C, a pressure range of vacuum to 400 bar, and a lower density limit of ρ ≥ 340 kg/m³.
